Terms of Service

Last updated: 10 October 2026

These terms describe the basic rules for using AdizillaAI. By accessing the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Using the service

Use AdizillaAI lawfully and respectfully. Do not use it to violate another person's rights, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, or generate or share unlawful content. You are responsible for how you use outputs and for checking important information.

AI outputs and availability

Responses are generated by AI and may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your situation. Do not rely on them as professional medical, legal, financial, or other high-stakes advice. The service and its features may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable.

Accounts and conversations

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Signed-in conversation history may be stored in your account's cloud history. Guest history and saved memory are stored in your browser on the device you use. Do not store passwords or sensitive secrets in memory.

Files and third-party services

When you submit messages or attachments, the relevant content is sent to the AI provider configured for the service to generate a response. Image generation uses a separate configured provider. Firebase handles authentication and cloud conversation storage, and RevenueCat may process billing if paid features are enabled. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies.

Paid features

Where available, paid plans and purchases are shown through the configured billing provider. Prices, availability, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are subject to the terms presented at checkout and applicable law. A successful checkout alone does not guarantee access to features that have not been correctly configured.

Your content

You retain rights you have in content you submit. You give the service permission to process that content only as needed to operate the features you use. Do not upload content you lack permission to share.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms where permitted by law. For support or questions, use the contact channel published by the service owner.
