Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10 October 2026
This policy explains what AdizillaAI currently stores and how content is processed when you use the service.
This draft reflects the currently documented product architecture and should be reviewed for your business, providers, retention practices, and applicable laws before launch.
Information you provide
Messages, conversation titles, and files you attach are processed to answer your requests. Avoid submitting passwords, payment details, or information you do not have permission to share.
Account and conversation storage
If you sign in, Firebase Authentication handles account sign-in and the service can store conversation history in Firestore under your account. Guest conversations are kept in browser storage on the device you use. Saved memory is stored locally in browser storage and does not currently sync between devices. Anyone with access to your unlocked browser profile may be able to access locally stored history or memory.
AI processing and attachments
Recent conversation context and attachments are sent to the configured AI provider to generate answers. Image creation sends your image prompt to the configured image provider. Attachments are processed with the request and are not stored as separate cloud files by the current application. Third-party providers may process data under their own policies and terms.
Billing
If paid features are enabled, RevenueCat Web Billing may process subscription and purchase information. Payment handling is subject to the disclosures and policies shown by the billing provider.
Local storage and usage limits
The app uses browser storage for guest history, memory, preferences, and related local state. The service may maintain account-level usage counters to enforce request and image-generation limits. Do not assume that local browser data is encrypted or backed up.
Sharing and disclosure
The service does not currently provide public conversation sharing. Information may be processed by the infrastructure and providers needed to run the service, or disclosed when required by law or to protect the service and its users.
Retention and your choices
You can manage local memory and local conversations in the app. Signed-in cloud conversations may remain in your account until deleted through available controls or service operations. Browser clearing can remove local data. The product does not currently offer a complete self-service account deletion workflow.
Security and changes
Reasonable technical safeguards are used, but no online service or local browser storage is guaranteed to be perfectly secure. This policy may change as the product evolves. For privacy questions or requests, use the contact channel published by the service owner.
